Withdraw

The consumer has the right to file a complaint up to 2 years from the date of purchase. If the ordered goods turn out to have defects, please follow the complaint procedure below:

  1. The application should be submitted by e-mail [email protected]
  2. The notification should consist of: personal data, order number, short description, photos of the defective product.
  3. After receiving information about the possibility of advertising products, send the package to the address ul.Wschodnia 4 15-158 Białystok. The deadline for sending the advertised products cannot be longer than 14 days from the moment of notification of the complaint.
  4. The deadline for considering the complaint is 14 days from the receipt of the advertised product.
  5. After verification and positive consideration of the complaint, a document will be generated for you: correction invoice. This document will be automatically sent to your e-mail.
  6. A refund or exchange for new products will be made as soon as possible.

Always check that the package has not been damaged in transit before receiving it. If the packaging has visible external damage, we recommend filing a complaint with the carrier before collecting the shipment.

Returns

The right of return does not apply to custom-made products or products that were on sale.
