Regulations of the online store

The www.artecowood.com online store cares for the rights of consumers. The consumer may not waive the rights conferred on him by the Act on Consumer Rights. The provisions of the contracts less favorable to the consumer than the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act are invalid, and in their place the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act apply. Therefore, the provisions of these Regulations are not intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights conferred on them by mandatory provisions of law, and any possible doubts should be explained for the benefit of the consumer. In the event of any non-compliance of the provisions of these Regulations with the above provisions, these provisions shall prevail and should be applied.

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    • The Online Store available at www.artewood.com is run by Pavel Sushenok, Dubois 10/9 15-345 Białystok, NIP 5423297228.
    • These Regulations are addressed to both consumers and entrepreneurs using the Online Store.
    • The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations is the Service Provider. Personal data is processed for the purposes, to the extent and based on the principles set out in the privacy policy published on the Online Store website. Providing personal information is voluntary. Each person whose personal data is processed by the Service Provider has the right to inspect their content and the right to update and correct them.
    • Terms specified in the Regulations
      • Consumer – a Buyer who is a natural person, if he placed an order not directly related to his business or professional activity within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code;
      • ONLINE STORE – the Service Provider’s online store ;available at the Internet address: www.artecowood.com;
      • PRODUCT – a movable item available in the Online Store which is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller;
      • Order – submission of a declaration of intent by the Buyer in accordance with the template available on the Website, constituting an offer to conclude a sales contract;
      • Acceptance of the Order for execution – information sent to the Buyer that his order has been accepted for execution;
      • CIVIL CODE – the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws 1964 No. 16, item 93, as amended);
      • ACCOUNT – Electronic Service, a collection of resources in the Service Provider’s ICT system marked with an individual name (login) and password provided by the Service Recipient, in which the data provided by the Service Recipient and information about Orders placed by him in the Online Store are collected;
      • NEWSLETTER – Electronic Service, electronic distribution service provided by the Service Provider via e-mail, which allows all Service Recipients using it to automatically receive from the Service Provider cyclical content of subsequent editions of the newsletter containing information about Products, news and promotions in the Online Store;
      • REGULATIONS – these Regulations of the Online Store.

      • ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Service Recipient via the Online Store.
  2. These regulations are an integral part of the sales contract concluded on the basis of an order submitted through the Operator. Consolidation, security, disclosure and confirmation to the Customer of the relevant provisions of the sales contract takes place via e-mail.
  3. An order is considered placed if:
    • the person authorized to submit it has filled in all the fields marked as necessary to be completed in accordance with the instruction and sent the order for execution in accordance with the procedure provided on the website, and
    • submitted a declaration of acceptance of the Regulations of the Online Store.
  4. The sales contract is considered concluded when the Buyer receives an email with information about the Acceptance of the Order for execution.
  5. The information about the Goods and the price posted on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of art. 543 of the Civil Code, and only an invitation to submit Offers within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code.
  6. Prices within the Store include all applicable duties and taxes. Prices do not include delivery costs.
  7. The Buyer may choose the payment method from among the payment methods indicated in the order form. The payment deadline for the ordered Goods if the Buyer chooses the payment method: Prepayment to the account or PayU, PayPal, DotPay is 7 days from the date of Acceptance of the Order for execution. After the expiry of the above deadline, the Consumer will be notified by e-mail about the possibility of making the payment within an additional 3-day period. Failure to make the payment, despite the expiry of the additional period, is a condition terminating the sales contract.
  8. The payment date is considered to be the moment of debiting the Buyer’s bank account
  9. If the Buyer is a consumer, the order completion date may not be longer than 30 days from the Seller’s receipt of the Order.
  10. Information about the delivery methods available in the Store and the amount of delivery costs are provided in the Delivery costs tab.
  11. The total waiting time for the Buyer to receive the given Goods (delivery time) consists of the time of order completion (preparation of Goods for shipment) by the Seller and the time of delivery of the Goods by the carrier. The time of order completion by the Seller is counted from the moment the Seller confirms the acceptance of the order for execution until the moment the Seller transfers the shipment containing the Goods to the carrier and is up to 20 working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The time of delivery of the Goods by the carrier (courier), which is presented in the Delivery costs tab, is not added to the above time.
  12. The rules for collecting the Goods from the carrier are determined by the carrier, if possible, after consultation with the Buyer.
  13. If the Buyer is a consumer, together with the Goods he receives a written confirmation of the conclusion of the contract, stating its date and type as well as the subject of the service and price.
  14. Shipping costs of the Goods and other costs indicated in the order form shall be borne by the Buyer on the terms set out in applicable law.
  15. The goods offered in the Store may be covered by the manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty. Detailed warranty conditions and its duration are then provided in the warranty card issued by the guarantor.
  16. Goods covered by the Promotion may be purchased only on the terms set out in the promotion.
  17. Goods offered in the Store are not subject to return and exchange
  18. The Seller reserves the right not to accept the Order for execution, in particular when:
  • The Buyer has failed to settle its obligations towards the Seller or has breached contractual provisions as part of previously executed transactions or current transactions
  • The Seller does not have the ordered Goods
  • Due to the failure of any of the systems, the Seller is not technically able to send such a confirmation.
  1. If the Order is not Accepted for execution, the sales contract is not concluded, of which the Buyer will be informed

  5. has the right to apply in writing to the Administrator to delete his personal data
  6. the provision of data is voluntary,
  7. data is secured in the manner described on the Website, in particular under the Privacy Policy.
  8. Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the ICT system used by the Seller is a device connected to the Internet equipped with a web browser in a version that allows for proper browsing of goods and placing orders.
  9. The Buyer undertakes not to provide illegal content.
  10. The Order Form and Order Acceptance for execution are stored in electronic form and will be made available for inspection at the Buyer’s request.
  11. The photos on our website www.artecodrew.pl are the property of Pavel Sushenok. The copyright to these photos is reserved. Copying and dissemination in whole or in part without the consent of the service provider is prohibited and is subject to legal protection.
